The Future Democracy Leaders program seeks to lay the foundation for lasting change by empowering and equipping young people aged 18-22 to be leaders in our democracy on the issues they care about the most. Through content creation contests, workshops and summits, as well as coaching by leading activists and organizers, the program fosters an understanding of how democracy is intertwined with every issue we face. The Future Democracy Leaders program strives to inspire a commitment to our democratic values, and equips participants with the tools to accelerate lasting change while simultaneously building a more functional, fair, and free democracy for all. 

Through participating in the Future Democracy Leaders Program, participants will gain a deeper appreciation for leadership and change that is based in our democratic values, and inspired to become leaders in our democracy for the issues that matter most to them and their communities. 

It's more than just a program - it is where I found my voice and realized I can make a difference. As a Future Democracy Leader I've had the chance to not just talk about change, but to actually make it happen!
